Password Reset - LTS Platinum (installer)
Do you need a Password reset for your LTS NVR / DVR or IP Cameras?
If this is for LTS Connect - The password reset can be done through the forgot password option on the app. This is to get into the app not the NVR.
LTS Australia active customers:
If you are a security installer and you have an active account with LTS Australia you will always get priority support.
For all non-account holders:

NVR Password reset:
Email service@LTsecurityinc.com.au from your work email with the following information:
1. Proof of permission to conduct a password reset
2. All installers/ companies must have a valid security license or master license
3. A photo of the NVR label (under the NVR) which clearly shows the model number / SN so we can verify your NVR
4. Once this is recieved you will need to purchase a password reset support pack here -

Note: If the NVR is 2019 firmware or below and it is bound to a cloud account for remote access, the NVR will have to come back to us for a reset (more information can be found here)

IP Camera password reset:
1. Same process as above 1-3
