What's the difference between logging in and creating an account?▼
Logging in is for existing trade customers who already have an LTS account. Creating an account registers you as a new security professional for free trade access — have your ABN, company name and trade licence ready for fast approval.
Do I need to be a licensed installer to register?▼
Trade registration is for security professionals and provides access to trade pricing. If you're an end user looking for an installer instead, use the contact form below rather than registering for a trade account.

I forgot my LTS Connect app password — is that the same as my website login?▼
No — your LTS Connect app account is completely separate from your website trade account on this page. The "Forgot Your Password" link above only resets your website login. To reset your LTS Connect app password, open the app and go to More → Help, or see the
LTS Connect Setup Guide (PDF).
I'm trying to reset my NVR/DVR password on this page and it's not working — what's wrong?▼
This page only covers your LTS Security Australia website account — it has nothing to do with the admin password on your NVR or DVR recorder. The recorder's password is set and reset directly on the device itself, not on this website. See
