Ajax Extended Warranty
Ajax Warranty Policy
LTS Security Australia is committed to delivering reliable, long-term protection with Ajax systems. For all Ajax products purchased from LTS Security Australia on or after 1 June 2026, we provide a 5-Year Warranty.
The 3-year extended warranty does not apply to price-matched orders. Any approved price match will be covered under the standard Ajax manufacturer's 2-year warranty only.
Manufacturer Warranty (First 2 Years)
Ajax devices are manufactured by Limited Liability Company "Ajax Systems Manufacturing", registered at: 5 Skliarenko Str., Kyiv, 04073, Ukraine.
The Manufacturer warrants and guarantees the quality of the devices against material defects and manufacturing faults for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided the products are used, installed, and serviced in accordance with official guidelines.
In many cases, technical issues (approximately 70%) can be resolved remotely. Where remote resolution is not possible, warranty support will be provided through us.
LTS Security Australia Extended Warranty (Additional 3 Years)
Following the Manufacturer Warranty period, LTS Security Australia provides an additional 3-Year Extended Warranty at no extra cost, offering continued protection against eligible device failures, subject to the same usage, installation, and documentation requirements.
Warranty service is valid only within the applicable warranty period and requires a valid proof of purchase (original invoice or sales receipt). LTS Security Australia reserves the right to refuse warranty service if required documentation is incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Defects identified outside the applicable warranty period are not covered.
