POE over 2-Wire 500m

PoE and Ethernet over a single pair, up to 500m. The PoE-2Wire-PRO kit (Receiver + Transmitter) sends 100Mbps Ethernet and PoE power down existing 2-wire or coax cable. You can bring IP cameras, intercoms, access control, IP phones and speakers onto legacy cabling without running new Cat6 or adding power at the device end.

Power the Receiver from a PoE switch or a 48–56VDC supply. It then powers the Transmitter and the connected PoE device over the same two wires. No power supply is needed at the far end.

Coax gives similar results. For long runs or higher-draw devices, feed the Receiver from a 90W PoE port or a 60W 48–56VDC supply. Actual speed and power vary with cable quality and the electrical environment.

Important Installation Notes

• Polarity matters. Connect the Receiver LINE +/− to the Transmitter PLC +/−. If reversed, there's no power and no data.
• Don't connect power to the Transmitter's PWR terminal. It's powered from the line.
• Power the Receiver from PoE or DC, not both at once.
• Install the Receiver at the switch/rack end and the Transmitter at the device end
• Pairing codes on both labels must match
