The product page says up to 4 channels at 12 MP, 6 channels at 8 MP, 12 channels at 4 MP, or 24 channels at 1080p. The specification table says AI on: 12 channels at 1080p (30 fps), and AI off: 24 channels at 1080p (30 fps). Synchronous playback is 16 channels.

Lines on the same sheet that were not used as the specification

A function block on the spec sheet also says 1-channel video analysis, 1-channel facial recognition for video or 2-channel facial recognition for face pictures, and two 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports. The specification table on the same PDF says one RJ-45 10/100/1000 Mbps port, and it gives different facial-recognition channel counts. The table is what is listed below.
